Initial Session Free 30-minute introductory meeting
Hourly Rate $270/hour, Please note sessions are paid in advance.
Prepaid Four-Session Package $950 total for a $130 discount.

Executive Coaching Package For those who are interested in having their coaching paid by their company, I offer customized coaching, invoiced by The Green Side Consulting as they are streamlined to work with purchasing departments, contracts etc.
Coaching for Enrolled College Students in STEM Undergraduate Majors
If you are an enrolled college student (18-25 years old) interested in or already pursuing a STEM major, I am here to provide the support, encouragement, and mentorship you need to thrive. My coaching helps you stay on track, feel a sense of belonging, and remain motivated to complete your degree. As a mother of two college students, I understand the financial pressures during these years. As such, this service is intentionally discounted. You will have a mentor and an ally in me which many women are lacking during their college years. A lack of role models leads to attrition in STEM majors.
What to Expect
- Initial Session: Free 30-minute introductory meeting
- One session per semester/quarter, for a total of 4 sessions in the school year (September to June).
- Check-ins on your progress and identification of areas where you may need more support; such as how to talk to your professors and advisors, where to find resources, and what the research shows is needed to remain in STEM majors.
- Retention and successful graduation are our primary goals.
Pricing
Four 1-hour sessions, one each semester, during the course of the school year, $720 prepaid.
Please note: There are a limited number of seats for this offer each school year. You can begin in the middle of the school year (at the pro-rated cost of $180/hour).

Every year I choose several speaking engagements to be conducted at no cost especially if they are non-profits whose missions are to advance women and girls in STEM. Please ask if your organization qualifies.
